Hiram McBeth represents businesses and individuals in Texas with all aspects of contracts, credit & collections, dispute resolution, labor & employment law, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, personal injury, real estate law and wrongful foreclosure and State & Federal litigation of all types.
Mr. McBeth has been in practice for over twenty five (25) years. His contract background is extensive, having worked in house as contract administrator specializing in Procurement Law, Acquisitions and Contract Management for Small and Disadvantaged Businesses. Mr. McBeth is Nationally Certified as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
Having been a former Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) for the State of Texas gives Mr. McBeth the unique ability to consider issues from both prospectives. Mr. McBeth is admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. McBeth is licensed in Texas having graduated from the University of Arkansas, School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
